Yes. The first three episodes of every series are free. You need an account to play them, but no card and no subscription.

No. You can buy coins on their own and spend them episode by episode. A VIP subscription is the cheaper route if you watch a lot — it adds coins to your balance every month — but it is optional.

Coins are what you spend to unlock episodes. 100 coins costs $0.99, so an episode at 30 coins is about $0.30.

Episodes 1–3 are free, later episodes cost 30 coins, and a series finale costs 40.

A typical 15-episode series unlocks in full for 299 coins — about $2.96 — which is cheaper than buying every episode separately. Longer series cost a little more.

No. Once you unlock an episode or a series it is yours to rewatch for as long as the title is on FanX.

Coins are different: unspent coins expire one month after they are issued, whether they came from a subscription or a top-up. Spend them before then.

Open your account and choose Manage subscription. If you subscribed inside the iOS or Android app, cancel through that store instead.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep VIP until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Coin purchases and unlocks are generally non-refundable once completed, and subscriptions are not refunded for the unused part of a billing period — except where the law where you live says otherwise, which it sometimes does.
